Inspired by his Corfiot and Italian heritage, Ettore Botrini honed his culinary skills under the guidance of his talented father, collaborating with scores of world-class chefs until he took over the eponymous family restaurant in Athens (Botrini’s) in 1999, for which he has received a Michelin star among other notable awards.
