Ikos Resorts’ collaboration with Chef Thiou, famously known as the Master of Thai and Asian cuisine from Paris,
brings to Anaya restaurant the same inspiration as the one characterizing her dishes served at her prestigious establishment in Paris.
On the plate, a cuisine with Thai accents, gourmet and refined, with contemporary dressings : the signature of Thiou.
The flavors of her origin country are expertly married to European products. Thiou is famed for her hand-made ravioli with crayfish
and coconut milk and lime sauce: just one sample of the marriage of Thai fragrances with French finesse.
