Team sports: Enjoy a game of five-a-side football, hit the sand for beach volleyball, play mini basketball, boccia or table tennis.
Fitness Activities: Work out in the well-equipped cardio training room and fitness studio, or join Zumba, aerobics, and aqua aerobics classes.
Wellness activities: Balance body and soul with Pilates classes, power beach walks, or rejuvenating stretching and yoga sessions.

Football Escapes
Every year, Ikos Resorts welcome the Football Escapes team for a whole week of footballing fun. The ultimate football experience,with intense two-hour daily sessions run by ex-Premier League Ambassadors and supported by UEFA-licensed coaches. Designed for football enthusiasts of all levels, this camp welcomes little ones aged 5 to 15. Participating players will receive a personalised Rascal kit, a signed certificate and a medal on completion of the camp.
