Chef Ettore Botrini
Inspired by his Greek and Italian heritage, Ettore Botrini became a master of the culinary arts under the guidance of his talented father and Michelin-starred mentors. Since taking the lead at his family’s restaurant in Corfu in 1999, Botrini has successfully maintained its prestigious Michelin star for 12 consecutive years.
