Ten years after Ikos Oceania opened its doors to welcome guests as family, we’re delighted to continue redefining the luxury all-inclusive experience. In 2026, we’re delighted to welcome Ikos Kissamos, our first resort on the island of Crete. Set on the unspoilt sands of Kissamos Bay and wrapping guests in 53 acres of lush gardens, it promises a splash of Bohemian luxury on the coast. ​

A New Haven in Corfu​

On Corfu, Ikos Odisia becomes the seventh resort in the collection, set on the sweeping bay of Dassia. Here, velvet sands and lush greenery offer a stylish retreat, just across from Ikos Dassia. ​

A Mediterranean Jewel​

On the Spanish island of Mallorca, Ikos Porto Petro opens its doors, set between two lush coves, lapped by sapphire waters. Among fragrant pines and located just outside Mondrago National Park, it is a serene haven of perfect pools, coastal views and al fresco eateries. ​

A Spanish sensation​

Ikos sets sail for new shores, opening its first Spanish luxury all-inclusive resort in Marbella. Ikos Andalusia proves an instant success, being named Newcomer Luxury All-Inclusive Resort Europe at the Connoisseur Circle Hospitality Awards. The Local Discovery programme encourages guests to explore the stunning surroundings with majestic mountains, whitewashed villages and rich culture, while giving back to the local community.

Cultural immersion​

Ikos Aria opens, situated on the beautiful island of Kos, a perfect fit for adventurous, sophisticated guests. This year also welcomes the new concept of Local Drive Adventures in all Ikos locations, inviting guests to explore more of their surroundings with complimentary car hire for the day. The chance for guests to immerse themselves in each destination is complemented by Dine Out, an invitation to dine at local restaurants and tavernas, all included in their stay. ​

A sustainable journey​

With the opening of Ikos’s third property, Ikos Dassia, on the island of Corfu, the Ikos Green programme, dedicated to sustainable tourism, reaches new heights. To support the popular island of Corfu, which has limited landfill availability, Ikos launches its Green Zero-Waste Programme. It is part of Ikos’ steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship and an ongoing integration of advanced eco-friendly practices.​

A love story begins on Halkidiki’s picturesque Gulf of Toroneos, when two groundbreaking resorts open their doors. Ikos Oceania, followed by Ikos Olivia, mark a brand new concept, reinventing luxury travel. They offer a truly exclusive experience in the most stylish surroundings, with Michelin-starred menus, a superb wine list, and the reassurance of all-inclusive. Ikos, a name derived from the ancient Greek “Oikos”, meaning “to welcome guests as if they were family,” lives up to its name.​
