- Reformer foundations (beginner)
Designed for those new to Reformer Pilates, or those wishing to return to the essence of the practice. This class focuses on the fundamental interplay between breath
and movement. Here, we establish the holistic basics. It is a slow and serene initiation into the world of Reformer resistance, leaving the body feeling elongated, light, and loose, and the mind remarkably clear. - Reformer lower body sculpt (beginner+)
A session dedicated to the architecture of the lower body. With a focus on the glutes, hamstrings, and thighs, this class uses the Reformer’s unique ability to
provide both support and challenge. Movements are slow, intentional, and precise, ensuring every muscle is engaged. It is the perfect preparation for a long walk along our golden coastlines, fostering a sense of
upright stability. - Reformer strength flow (beginner+)
A dynamic experience where the transitions are as important as the positions. A full-body session, created to gently elevate the heart rate. By building a heat that feels
internal and cleansing, we are resetting and preparing your body. It is a celebration of a lean, athletic physique, guided by a steady cadence. - Reformer posture reset (intermediate)
With modern life often impacting our posture, this class seeks to correct that imbalance. Focused on thoracic mobility and spinal decompression, the Posture
Reset uses the Reformer to gently pull the body back into its natural, upright alignment. Open your chest and lengthen your neck, walking with stature into your evening. - Reformer classical control (intermediate+)
Rooted in the founding principles established by Joseph Pilates, this class is precise and disciplined. It requires a high level of body awareness, moving
through the original repertoire. This session offers a deep exploration into the technical mastery of the apparatus, in which every inch of movement is precisely accounted for. - Reformer Athletic Flow (Advanced)
