Ikos Resorts Accommodation

At Ikos Resorts, we wish that our guests enjoy their stay in a safe and comfortable environment.

Ikos Resorts reserve the right to deny the provision of our services at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, for any reason and in IKOS HOTEL MANAGEMENT S.M.S.A.’ s sole discretion including, without limitation, if the guest has:

1. Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances;
2. Failed to pay any Resort or other bill when due;
3. Acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive, or hostile manner;
4. Breached or violated any of the T&C, the Website Terms of Use as well as the Policies and Procedures that are implemented and updated from time to time by IKOS HOTEL MANAGEMENT S.M.S.A. to secure the provision of safe high-quality services to its Guests;
5. Fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn benefits, compensation, reduction at bills, refund; or
6. Been engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the services offered by IKOS HOTEL MANAGEMENT S.M.S.A. including, without limitation, services’ usage, booking, cancellation or any other procedure that may refer to any of the activities that Ikos Resorts perform or may perform in the future.

At any case of denial, IKOS HOTEL MANAGEMENT S.M.S.A. reserves the right to pursue any of its legitimate interests before any competent Court and/or Supervisory Authority.

At Ikos resorts we are committed to conducting business in compliance with all applicable economic sanctions laws, regulations, and restrictive measures to ensure the security of transactions and our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we have adopted and implemented a Sanctions Policy, in the context of which under certain conditions we may request additional information and assess our guests and business partners against sanctions lists based on EU/UK/US relevant law provisions.

We reserve the right to abstain from or terminate any contractual agreement on grounds of fraudulent or illegal financial transactions, taking into account the applicable law provisions.
