- Complimentary transfers are offered for all Ikos Deluxe Collection bookings with a minimum length of 5 nights’ stay, regardless of booking channel.*
- To guarantee complimentary transfers, requests must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Late requests are not guaranteed.
- Special requirements, such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles, must also be communicated in advance.
- Child seats and extra luggage must be communicated in advance so proper arrangements can be made. These are provided at no extra cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
- Complimentary transfers apply exclusively to and from the airport. (Free transfers to and from Ikos Kissamos are available from Chania airport) Pick-ups or drop-offs to city centres, ports, train stations or other destinations are subject to additional charge, based on distance, and must be prearranged with the VIP team.
- Vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and luggage, and will be arranged at the discretion of the VIP team to ensure comfort and efficiency.
- Each room is entitled to one arrival route and one departure transfer route, covering all guests staying in the room. For instance, in the case of a 3-bedroom villa, multiple taxis or a van may be arranged, and for larger groups (multiple rooms staying as one party) arriving together, a luxury minibus may be used. Any additional transfer routes required for guests arriving separately will be charged accordingly.
- In the event of a guest’s flight being delayed, rescheduled, or missed; transfers will be rescheduled at no cost if the team is notified with flight tracking of flight number. No-shows without notice or last-minute cancellations are considered as one route used.
How to book complimentary transfers:
- If booking directly via our website, complimentary transfers can be requested at time of booking on the system
- If booking via the Ikos Reservations Department, complimentary transfers can be requested at time of booking

* Trade partners are solely responsible for arranging complimentary transfers in accordance with the methods and terms outlined above. In cases where transfers are not booked as specified, whether by the trade partner or the guest, Ikos Resorts shall not be held accountable for any guest inconvenience, nor be liable for covering or reimbursing any transfer costs incurred.
