We have gone to all possible lengths in terms of our hotel operations and disinfection policies to create a safe environment with the Infinite Care Protocol™.

Testing Guests & Employees 

Your ring of confidence is strengthened by our Covid-19 testing procedures, which include regular molecular diagnostic testing for employees. All guests are strongly advised to undergo a test 72h prior to arrival and in case of no testing before travel, a complimentary rapid antibody test will be offered upon arrival. At all resort entry points there are non-invasive touchless temperature measurements, and across the resort there is round-the-clock medical support and the possibility to explore Insurance options at time of booking.

Here are some key measures implemented across all parts of your stay with us:

Guest Arrival & Transportation

Company transfer cars & minibuses will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each use, carrying only same room guests. Implementation of physical distancing across all public areas. Non-invasive temperature checks will be required at the entrance. All Luggage disinfected upon arrival.

Guest Rooms

Guest rooms are disinfected and deep cleaned with hospital-grade ‘Pure Space concept’ from AETHER France, while amenities include PPE Safety Kits providing masks and hand sanitizers. Each room undergoes stringent water testing, A/C cleaning and thorough disinfection between every room change. All in-room print collaterals are replaced by digital documents & services via the Sani App and a contactless in-room dining service is offered.

Food & Beverage

With a vast choice of al fresco restaurants & bars, guests can enjoy Michelin-starred chef menus safe in the knowledge that everything is prepared according to the very highest health and hygiene standards. Measures include restaurant capacity reduction enabling ample social distancing, deep sanitization of all equipment and measures compliance by all staff, upgraded a la carte menus to fully replace buffet restaurant options, zero touch menus available, Proper PPE available for all guests.

Leisure Activities

Enjoy your time by the beach and pools, with all contact surfaces disinfected and arranged for proper safety distances and increased water quality controls. Sports and fitness activities will be offered safely outdoors so you can enjoy your favorite sport including volleyball, basketball, five-a-side football and tennis. Spas and gyms are to be used by appointment only, with all spaces sanitized after each use. Kids clubs, baby sitting and children activities outdoors will follow a monitored operation with digital pre-bookings and following all precautionary measures, protective equipment & sanitizing protocol processes.

Hotel Operations Policies: We are taking responsible actions to protect our people and guests during their stay with us. Within our resorts, we have created a new set of house rules for your safety, accompanied by sanitisation protocols, safety methods and operational procedures. For all intents and purposes, we provide full information on the limited or restricted offering of summer 2021, thus no claims or requests for discounts can be accepted due to these adjustments, which are in place for the welfare and safety of all guests and staff.

Testing: All guests are strongly advised to undergo a test 72hrs prior to arrival. In the case of no testing before travel, a complimentary rapid antibody test will be offered upon arrival. Guests not willing to take this test will not be eligible for accommodation, for the safety of all our guests and staff. Should a guest exhibit symptoms during their stay, as defined by our onsite doctors, they will be required to undergo a molecular test onsite.
