Since opening in 2015, Ikos Resorts’ guiding principle has always been to care about our guests as we do for our own family. Today, more than ever, this core value guides us as we navigate the difficult challenge the coronavirus (COVID-19) presents us with, in order to best protect our guests and staff during such unprecedented times.

Our first thoughts and highest priority is always the well-being of the Ikos family, with you, our valued guest, at the centre of it. The Greek Government announced on March 14th, 2020 that all seasonal hotel openings will be postponed to May 1st, 2020 in order to combat the spread of the virus. Ikos Resorts will be complying with this measure, taking all responsible necessary action prescribed.

During these trying times, holiday plans may not be at the top of your mind, but I would like to assure you that your safety and well-being remains our foremost concern.

We will continue to monitor, assess and act on the information and guidelines available, steadfast in our commitment to provide guests, partners and employees with the utmost level of safety and care so that when you do travel, you can travel with confidence. Please rest assured that our already robust hygiene standards are even further enhanced, based on the latest COVID-19 guidance from international and local authorities. We also remain committed to providing you with travel planning flexibility during this constantly changing situation.
