Chef Lefteris Lazarou

Hailing from Piraeus, chef Lefteris Lazarou is a pioneer of Greek cuisine. The first chef to serve seafood in a Greek fine dining restaurant, and to win a Michelin star for his Greek dishes, many of his creations are now considered contemporary classics. In his menu, innovation and global influences combine in rich, complex flavours.
